One-off help. A little breathing room.

One task off your list.
A little more room in your day.

You might know exactly what needs doing, or just know something is taking too much effort. Here are a few ways I can help you get it sorted.

These are examples of possible jobs. We’ll agree what fits your task before work starts.

01 / Admin, tidied up

Make the information you already have easier to use.

You have notes, files or an unfinished document, and pulling it all together keeps getting pushed back.

A few things I can help with

  • Turn rough notes into a clear document.
  • Tidy and format a pack of information.
  • Create a reusable letter or meeting-notes template.

What you’ll receive

An organised document or template in an agreed format, with a simple explanation of where things are and how to update them.

A useful starting point
Your existing material, who it’s for and what you’d like it to do. It doesn’t need to be neatly prepared.

02 / Spreadsheets that help

See what needs doing without wrestling with the sheet.

You’re keeping track of something in several places, or your current spreadsheet has become hard to follow.

A few things I can help with

  • Build a task or project tracker.
  • Organise a list with useful sorting and filters.
  • Create a simple calculator for figures you enter.

What you’ll receive

A spreadsheet built around the agreed task, with clear input areas and instructions for everyday use.

For money-related spreadsheets, my role is building the tool. I don’t offer financial advice, bookkeeping or financial services.

A useful starting point
An example of what you track, the software you use and the result you need to see. It doesn’t need to be neatly prepared.

03 / A website you’re happy to share

Give people a clear place to find out what you do.

You need a simple online presence, or the words and information on your existing site need some attention.

A few things I can help with

  • Create a simple information website.
  • Organise your content into clear pages.
  • Refresh wording that no longer describes what you do.

What you’ll receive

The agreed pages or content updates, plus a clear handover. We’ll agree hosting, domain arrangements and any separate running costs before starting.

A useful starting point
What the site needs to tell people, any existing branding and whether you already have a website. It doesn’t need to be neatly prepared.

04 / A simpler way to do it

Take a little friction out of a repeating job.

You keep copying the same information, hunting for the same files or trying to remember all the steps.

A few things I can help with

  • Turn a recurring job into a practical checklist.
  • Set up a reusable document or digital template.
  • Simplify a routine using tools you already have.

What you’ll receive

A practical template, checklist or agreed tool setup, with a walkthrough so you can use it yourself.

A useful starting point
A description of how you do the job now and the part that takes the most effort. It doesn’t need to be neatly prepared.

A manageable piece of work

Clear from the start.
Useful when it’s done.

One-off PA-style support means help with a particular job. You can start with one task and an agreed finish point.

How we’ll work together →

We’ll agree the details together

  • The task and what you’ll receive.
  • The cost and any separate running costs.
  • The timescale and what I’ll need from you.
  • What changes and handover support are included.

If the job grows, we’ll agree the extra work before it goes ahead.

A few things you might be wondering

You don’t need to have it all worked out.

Is my task too small?

A single document, a useful tracker or one fiddly routine can be a good place to start. Tell me what you need and we can work out whether I can help.

Do I need to know which software to use?

No. Tell me what you want to achieve and what you already use. We’ll choose an approach that fits the job and feels manageable for you.

How much will it cost?

That depends on the task and what’s involved. We’ll agree the scope, cost and timescale before work starts, so you can decide whether to go ahead.

How do you use AI?

I know how to get useful work out of AI without handing over the thinking. I use it to speed up drafts, organise ideas and build practical tools, then check and shape the result so it makes sense for you.

You can ask about how AI would be used for your task before we begin.

What happens after the job is finished?

I’ll explain the result and how to use it. We’ll agree what’s included in the handover before starting. If you need another task done later, we can discuss it as a new piece of work.

Start wherever you are

Which job would make
your day a little easier?

You don’t need a polished brief. A few words about what’s getting in the way are enough to start a conversation.

One task. A clear plan.
A helping hand.
